Futura Title & Escrow is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative you will beresponsible for maintaining excellent rapport with customers both in person and over the telephone. This candidate must have a minimum of two years customer service experience, preferable in an office environment. The candidate must have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, have excellent computer and administrative skills, and a high degree of accuracy and devotion to total quality, process improvement, and TEAMWORK. This position requires the incumbent to work physically in one of our Idaho, Oregon, or Washington operations.

The approximate starting wage for this position is (DOE): $18.19 per hour.
